Our incineration systems achieve harmless treatment and significant volume reduction of solid waste through controlled high-temperature combustion. Medical waste incinerators feature a dual-chamber design — primary chamber (800–950°C) for combustion and secondary chamber (1100–1200°C) for complete flue gas treatment — with a full tail gas treatment chain: quenching + activated carbon + baghouse + alkaline scrubbing.
| Combustion Temperature | 850 – 1100°C (general); 1100 – 1200°C (medical secondary chamber) |
| Processing Capacity | 5 – 500 kg/h (custom configurations available) |
| Chamber Design | Single chamber / Dual chamber (medical waste) |
| Emission Control | Quenching + activated carbon + baghouse + alkaline scrubber |
| Fuel Options | Diesel, natural gas, LPG (burner-assisted) |
